I have been a firefighter paramedic since 2013.
I started my fitness journey to get strong for the job and fell in love with fitness. I now coach others to reach their goals and become better versions of themselves.
I specialize in functional fitness and training for careers such as the fire service, military, and law enforcement. I am also a mama of two girls so I have a passion for pre and post-natal fitness.
